The trouble with Internet forums is that you can't see the emotion with which a post was made. You can't ever be certain, but at times it helps imagining what the poster meant.

After 50 years of banking I have yet to pay any charges, but find remembering t and c's and learning new online procedures is just too troublesome, so with you all the way ThursdaysChild.
