Have had this card for about two months now. Just got second statement, and although I was under the impression the fee was waived in the first year, they have charged it to my account.
I've checked the online t&cs for the card, but I can't find specifics about the fee. Anyone know? I'm sure I've seem several people here say the fee is waived in the first year.

I think the first year fee waiver was a June exclusive? And it sounds like you got your card sometime in early August?
