Thanks Nenen im really chuffed as we do feel the property is worth it. Fell in love as soon as we clapped eyes on it.
And meanmachine, if it were up to me, i would have pushed my luck and stuck at £170, but the other half didnt want to risk it especially since the property across the road sold for alot more within a few days of us putting in an offer on it.
