Cashplus business ac payment transfer question

My business account with Cashplus was credited by HMRC on 21/10/2013 but it is not yet showing on the account. Cashplus claims that the payment is under review due to the size of it. Are they suspecting HMRC of money laundering? I informed them that the payment is from HMRC for VAT refund, they then said that the funds will be available by the end of the day. This is an obvious delaying tactic and if I had not called them it would have taken much longer to show on my account. I have now decided to open a business account with a high street bank. Those with credit problems must know that all high street banks offer basic accounts without credit checks and should not rely on unregulated and badly managed companies such as Cashplus.

Most of the high street basic bank accounts are aimed at personal customers, beware that you may have problems operating a business account in such a manner.
