parking eye issue

Hi,
I received 2 individual parking tickets 3 month ago, since i had parked twice in Brent cross retail park.
Both parking charges were posted to me and i ignored them both then.
Just today i received a new letter which looks really scary. It's actually a claim form filled by Parking eye's solicitor In Northampton (CCBC) county court. It also has a Claim number.
The Form says that i can respond to this claim online at www,MONEYCLAIM,GOV,UK ( Sorry as a new user i can't send links)
The form also has a county court Stamp. Claimed amount and solicitors costs including court fee is given totalling £265
Can someone raply me if they had received anything similar
Thanks
Monni

Thousands of people have as you would find when you read the current forum. PE have been issuing court papers in their hundreds since May. Why would you ignore PE, neither this forum nor pepipoo has advised to 'ignore' for the last six months! Oh dear.
We have dozens and dozens of threads like yours here and on pepipoo they have hundreds. Here's one of several from today on here:
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4796186
and here's pepipoo with sooooo many PE court defence threads (easily Google searched...):
http://forums.pepipoo.com/index.php?showforum=60
Here is my standard link I give to everyone, I gave it to the other posters who posted the same as you today, and yesterday, every day, on here and on pepipoo - and people happily build defences from these snippets of information:

We really want to help you to defend this but the frustrating thing is when newbies can't have looked for similar cases. How are you going to research a defence? Harsh but true, sorry, the first question has to be: are you up for fighting this and being proactive, formulating your defence based on your research (i.e. reading links) and complaining assertively to the retailer - an idea that works and is covered fully on page one of this forum already?
If you are up for the fightback (and most PE cases do not go to court) read the links, read the forums, look for current threads and sticky threads at the top, not 2010 threads.

Any update? Got it cancelled by the retail managers yet by loudly complaining? Do update your thread. Help is out there, see this to help with your case, I do hope you haven't folded.
