The selected winners and runners-up will be notified by email and/or telephone – this must be acknowledged by email/or telephone, within 72 hours. Failure to respond means an alternative participant will be selected from all valid entries received.

1. One first prize consists of a cut and blow-dry at a John Frieda Salon in London plus travel expenses for one person up to the value of £150. The winner's preferred date for taking an appointment at the John Frieda® salon is subject to availability.
2. Dates excluded from the promotion prize are as follows 25 December 2013 to the 1st January 2014.
3. The prize must be redeemed within 1 year.
4. The Promoter will book and pay for the prize as the agent for the winner.
5. Ten runner-up prizes shall each consist of a Frizz Ease Smoothing Set (each to consist of a Smooth Start Shampoo and Conditioner, Original Serum, Miraculous Recovery, Secret Agent and Hairspray).
6. All prizes are as stated, are non-transferable and no cash alternatives are available.
