This outfit has carried out two jobs for us at home in the last month. We are exceptionally pleased with them and have ordered a new bathroom from them on the strength of what they've done so far.

Their showroom on the Avenue Road is quite small but well stocked and everything they supply seems to be of good quality but the main things for use were:

1. Punctuality
2. Professionalism
3. Finish
4. Friendliness

They claim to have a solution for any works to be carried out in the home and I'm happy to advise anyone from Portadown to Lisburn or down as far as Banbridge to include them when they're searching for any repairs or installations.

We're not from Lurgan btw but other suppliers in other towns just weren't reading from the same hymn sheet as us.

lol - pack it in you. :D

First job, very unusual. We had a set of sofas we brought with us when we moved from GB but couldn't get the three seater in. Home Solution Shop took a window out, put the three seater in and moved another sofa into the conservatory. Cost - £50.

Supply and fit silver finish venetian blinds to 5 panel bay window and also to study window - £350

Laminate floor repaired in the dining room, requiring 50% of the floor to be lifted and relaid with new. Also lift and relay 50% of the hall laminate. No price given yet although the work was carried out three days ago - he's a lovely bloke and doesn't want to press me for money even though I've told him I'll be straight to him with cash when he tells me the price.

Remove old bathroom. Replace as shower room with 800x1200 cabinet and high quality electric (pumped) shower; move toilet 6 feet, move sink 4 feet, move radiator 12 feet and replace with heated towel rail. White gloss furniture along one wall with toilet and sink included, including high level unit and full length pelmet with 4 downlighters; tiled floor to ceiling, ceiling to be done with PVC panelling; 4 ceiling spotlights; electric switches in bathroom to be moved into hall; bespoke mirror approx 4 feet by 4 feet; two shaver/toothbrush sockets - £4,900 (quotes from other companies ranged from £6,500 - £7,500)

We've also got other work lined up for them. Supply and fit two sets of large sliding cupboard doors. Supply and fit 7 interior doors. Remove internal door and adjacent glass panel and create archway - approx 10 feet wide. Supply and fir composite front door and frame. Supply and fit skirting to ceiling mirror approx 4 feet wide in hall. There's more but I can't remember it all at the moment.

In the interest of providing balanced opinion, don't use them they're rubbish.*

Excellent. I'm sorry now we didn't have them do our kitchen too. I reckon I'd have saved at least £1,000. :)

Definitely worthwhile to have wee Jackie give you a quote. I also have a couple of "homer" joiners, one of whom laid laminate for me. ;)
