Can't turn off Rightmove e-mail alerts!!

Help!!
I'd set up loads of Rightmove e-mail alerts for various search criteria, but now I can't turn them off. I'm getting up to 10 e-mails a day.
I've gone into my searches and alerts page and deleted all my entries, but the next day they reappear! I've now done this three times. :mad:
Has anyone else had this problem? I looked for a 'contact us' page and all they have is a website feedback form which I doubt will get me very far.

YES! It's VERY annoying. I've tried turning off alerts and deleting the searches, but they keep popping up again and sending me notifications.0

Thanks. I'll give it another go and if they come back again I found a "deactivate account" option, so I'll do that. I can always re-sign up with a different e-mail address. PITA though!0

I'm sure that companies have to offer unsubscribe options... Or is that just a best practice thing? I'll do some investigating.

Have you downloaded a Rightmove App to the phone, I had the same problem and kept deactivitating on the website, only when I also deactivated on the App did the e-mails stop. It looks like a website / App integration issue.0

Ooh good tip! I do indeed have the app. I'll give it a go.
EDIT: I deleted all the saved searches from my phone, and instantly my online account said I had no saved searches. Looks like changes made in the app will update the website, but if you update the website it's not reflected in the app, and the app then over-writes the website settings again.
Need to give it a day now to check, but it looks like that might have done the trick. Thanks again!0 -
