Can anyone help i have pressed a button or something stupid and i have moved the taskbar and the screen sideways i got the taskbar back to the bottom but cant work out how to move the screen back any help would be grateful. thanks

Right click the bottom of your screen and untick "lock the taskbar"
you should then be able to drag everything back to the correct position.

I managed to move the taskbar but everything is still sideways although the taskbar is at the bottom now. When i do something theres no half measures. Just like a book you need to turn round to the correct possition.0

Sounds like you've rotated the entire display through 90 degrees. If that's the case then you don't want to move the task bar at all. You need to rotate the screen back, where you do that depends on the software you're using which probably depends on your graphics card. For me it would be right clicking on NVIDIA settings in the task bar icon tray and going up to the rotation settings."She is quite the oddball. Try pressing Ctrl, Alt and one of the arrow keys together0
