I sent Southern Power an complaint email (Elec & Gas) that I have a CONTRACT with themselves That I have a Price fix tariff until 2014 & they will breach that, if they try to increase my bills. I have not had a reply.

Thoughts ?

  • Hang on. Why are you complaining? Have they raised your prices?

if you have a fixed tariff then you have nothing to worry about until 2014 till the end date, after that they will switch u to a standard tariff, its then up to you to switch or stay.

are you sure the deal you have is a fixed deal or is it a variable tariff there is a difference! the latter can change in price, while the fixed deal remains fixed until the end of the term

what is the name of your tariff in full?

So you raised a complaint based on something that may or may not occur???

Did you expect a reply to such nonsense by the supplier?

That article relates to Scottish Power and nothing to do with any breach of contract (actual or not)
This thread is about Scottish & Southern Energy, a competitor.

    Talk about off-topic

No idea whether contracts have been breached but this thread suggests that some restraints have been breached.

Redneck, care to enlighten us what your post means? Are you worried that price per kWh will change or that your payments are changing to cover what you have actually used?
