Hopefully someone can help me with this.
After logging into Quidco and selecting a retailer I click on the "visit merchant to earn cashback" banner. It looks like I am being directed to the site but once the word "done" appears at the bottom of the screen all I am faced with is a blank page. This happens to about 90% of the sites I want to visit.I have tried it with Internet Explorer and Firefox with the same results.I can go to the all of the sites if I bypass Quidco.
Thanks

Try this: in IE7 click Tools - Internet Options - Security. Select the Internet zone then click Custom level. Ensure that 'Allow META REFRESH' is Enabled and click OK all the way out.
Try Quidco again in IE7 and if it still doesn't work look at the meta refresh setting again to see if it is still enabled.0 -
Just tried that Chippy and Metafesh was enabled from the start.

On the IE Security screen, try Reset all zones to default level.
Have you gone through all the troubleshooting steps on the Quidco Help?0 -
I get that all the time, I just disable my firewall for a bit.
It will be an add blocker stoping it.0
