    Hi guys got some great news. Within a few hours of sending the emails. DVLA contacted me and advised me that they have pursued my matter with the debt recovery agency involved. They advised them that the notixe was incorrectly sent to me and that the notice has been withdrawn. And that I should receive that in writing from the debt recovery firm very soon.

    Absolutely great ! Thanks to all for the great advice !

    APCOA seem to be told to cancel every Airport case that people complain about to the BPA and DVLA. I suspect it relates to any case up to about September, when their wording mentioned keeper liability even though they know there is NONE on this land. Also late NTKs like this one, which they were issuing willy nilly all year.

    APCOA must be on a sticky wicket of BPA Sanctions, perhaps, which they cannot afford, as they have Council contracts too and are higher-profile than most.
