Qualifying for Contribution JSA dates?

Hoping somebody can help. I claimed contribution based JSA post redundancy last tax year. I am now working again but only on a contract role. If this prooves to be short-lived will i able to claim contribution JSA again? Would i qualify again?

I was working 10/11 and 11/12 so should qualify then. assume it is based on tax years?0

so as long as I apply before 2014 it is based on tax years 2010/2011?
Do you have to have paid so much NI?
I only ask as maternity leave period covers that period. But this should still count?0
