Been foolish but no more!

The present price hikes are a wake up call.
I have never messed about with my original energy suppliers and still pay server
Separately on receipt of the bill. I was reluctant to fiddle with it because we were told the rate was better because of disability.

Can someone advice a total newbie what to do
According to British gas they estimate from 23 aug 13 to 23 aug 14 on standard tarif we will use 14137.03 kwh. At an estimated cost of £726.12 per year

Npower bill saver say we use 4910 over 12 months at estimated cost of £769.64

I realise I need to change to direct debit and probably dual fuel but am really confused. If I swapped to npower dual fuel to 2017 would that be a good idea?

Any Input would be really helpful I've looked at us witch and its totally baffled me
:(

How does uswitch baffle you? To find your cheapest deal, all you need is your postcode, and your consumption statistics, which you have.

You're currently paying £1480 a year, using your numbers in my region I found a fixed price contract for 2 years for £1300 a year.

I ignored spark and FU, as they have woeful reviews.
