I used this website through the Martin Lewis website to switch my energy provider back in July with a promise of £80 cash-back after 3months but have not received this. Having checked my account today it is still showing my suppliers as EON when i switched to a fixed rate with Scottish Power in July BUT it states as switch as still being 'In progress'!!! Just wondered if others have experienced problems with receiving their promised cash-back?

I can't even login to the cheap energy club on MSE ..in order to see how my switch is progressing!


Can MSE please investigate and provide an ETA for a fix??

Cheap energy club works fine for me just tried it

Not working with my login, but strangely, if I hit forgot password, it emails me correctly, I can change the password successfully, and then when trying to login, MSE just hangs while trying to load the page. Just as a test, if I enter the password deliberately incorrectly, the site returns a message accordingly.


This is bizarre.

Saw Martin on gmtv this morning and logged into Energy Club only to find my tarriff is not covered. I'm paying over the odds, SSE won't let me fix, or allow any other company to offer the same thing. This should not be allowed!


I'm talking about total heating with total control.
