What is "debit under advice"

in Reclaim bank & credit card charges
I have a detail on my old statements which is debit under advice. What is this and can I claim it back?

    can you say more, ie what bank and what was the charge?

    I'd guess it was an amount , that you had received a letter or such like about, or something that was included in some agreement or other. My bank use to use a similar term "as advised".
