I keep getting this error when i try to use outlook express--is it something to do with AVG??
How can I fix it---help appreciated;)

The Cause

* Outlook Express has been misconfigured with the wrong server name.
* Outlook Express has been misconfigured with the user name or password.
* Outlook Express has a corrupted profile.
* A firewall or Anti-Virus software is blocking email, or is misconfigured.
* The TCP/IP stack in Windows needs to be reinstalled or reset.
* Outlook Express is improperly installed or corrupted.

Can you post the complete error message? You should be able to copy and paste it.

Server name/user name are correct.--how do I fix a corrupt profile?
AVG is set at default--
Can I reinstall TCP/IP and outlook express??

Your SMTP server is wrong - try smtp.supanet.com
