Sainsburys Red Label tea bags. We make a special trip to stock up. I love strong tea and they are the best so far, I don't buy anything else there:) we prefer Asda and Lidls0

The Tesco/Sainsbury's sausages aren't worth the £1.20 (60%) premium to me. More variety, but don't see the difference in the base sausage.0

Sainsbury's SO organic range
- British 95% pork sausages 6 for £3
- cooked beetroot £1
- 80 everyday teabags £2
ASDA fish counter - organic salmon fillets 2 for £4
Iceland 6 fresh mini beef pasties £1
ASDA has Taittinger Brut Reserve NV 75cl champagne in gift box on rollback for £27 - 36.99 everywhere else.0 -

Tescos double concentrate basics Orange and also the Lemon dilute squash at 42p a litre is very good. Both have a nice flavor and I really like them.
I also like their economy lime soda water I think its 50p.
Aldis tinned soups are also nice at 75p each and their curry sauce is a jar is around a pound and very good quality.
Aldis Carino family shampoo, 59p a bottle is very nice, their deodorant is rubbish so dont get that.
The washing up liquid at Aldi is excellent and is good value so is the bleach.0 -

One of the features of Mysupermarket is that you can click on any product and it will display a pop-up screen with the price history of the item and the current cost in all the stores that sell it.
For example, I'm particularly fond of Nescafe Alta Rica instant coffee.
The cheapest way of buying it is in the 150gr refill bags, but these are currently between £4.64 and £4.80 each. However if you look at the price history graph you will see that, briefly on or about 30th March this year, someone (Ocado) sold it at £3.50 a bag (=£2.33 / 100gr).
Similarly the 100gr jar is currently £4.38 in Asda, Waitrose and Ocado, but £3.00 in Tesco and only £2.92 in Sainsbury's. Not as cheap as the bag at its cheapest, but currently available if you've out of stock and £1.46 cheaper than average.
You can also set a "price alert" flag for the item, so when it's on offer you can quickly stock up.Sent from my abacus.0
