problems with Coop Online banking

Hello, has anyone experienced problems with Coop Online Banking in the past 7/10Days?
When I try to log in it's incredibly slow, though does eventually work.
More worrying was last week when my info was rejected as incorrect but it continued to let me try almost 6 times then finally let me in. After 3 attempts I should have been locked out, though I know the info I was typing in was correct.
No problems in trying to log into other pages such as facebook, email account, utility providers. Was given the brush off by call centre as being my problem even though it's the only website I've issues with.

I've just logged on to Coop online banking with no problems. I do however sometimes find that the occasional site takes ages to load when all others are loading quickly. Sometimes just using another browser solves the problem.0
