I'm guessing this has been asked a few times but what are people's experiences of switching to these?

EDF fix ends in April and I'm considering switching to FU's Mar 15 fix.

    anyone!

    having done some brief google research it seems they get horrendous reviews. looks like one to stay away from esp as Scottish Power's fix isn't that much worse?

    Numerous posts on FU, many of them negative about billing issues and CS: do a forum search.
    No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)

    I have been with them for a while, fixed until this December, so far no problems at all, the DD gets taken on time, I give monthly meter readings on line and can see my balance whenever I want to. i have experienced absolutely no problems at all.

    ETA: They are also for my usage, £75 per month cheaper on dual fuel compared to Scottish Power!!
