Hi, CAN ANYONE ADVICE ME, I AM IN THE PROCESS OF ATTEMPTING TO RECLAIM LATE FEES AND PPI FROM GREAT UNIVERSAL (NOW K&CO). MY QUESTION IS, THROUGH ILLNESS AND HARDSHIP, I HAD TO AGREE TO PAY £50 A MONTH INSTEAD OF WHAT I WAS SUPPOSED TO PAY. THEREFORE THEY STOPPED PAYING MY COMMISSION, WHICH WOULD HAVE MOUNTED TO A LOT. ANY IDEA IF THERES A CHANCE I COULD RECLAIM THE WITHHELD COMMISSION BACK.:)

Dont know, been a few years now, dont have any of that correspondance. Il see if i can get their terms and cond online, did'nt think i could but anythings poss these day isn't it:)0
