I'm with EDF (variable), and the CEC comparison is bringing up the EDF Blue fixed tariff, which will cost us the same as we pay now but obviously protect us for 4 yrs.
Can I switch the tarriff via the site (as I get cashback and a hotel room offer), or will I have to go direct to EDF as my incumbent?

You can switch tariffs, but I doubt you will get cashback, so it's better to do it directly with EDF.0
