Cashback Limits £50/£100 ?

I have been used to the cashback limit in retailers being £50.
This Streamline webpage seems to suggest the limit increased to £100 some time ago:
http://www.streamline.com/customer-zone/operating-instructions/merchant-operating-instructions-purchase-with-cashback/
Though Barclays still mention £50:

Has anyone ever taken out £100 in one go via a retailer?

Retailers may set their own limits at less than the bank's maximum, so even if the bank says their limit is £100, the shop might only let you have e.g. £50.0
