IOS7 - Unread Forum Threads

I am an active contributor to the Private Parking forum and read every post on it on a daily basis.

Since the IOS7 upgrade on my iPad 2, whenever I return from the forum (and Safari) to the home page and open an app like YouTube, or FaceTime, or Google Maps, or similar, when I return to Safari (and the tabs that were open prior to exiting Safari) all are white until they slowly refresh themselves, returning then to their usual screen.

However, the MSE forum (Private Parking) once refreshed shows every thread that I've previously read that day as 'Unread'. Even when I mark them all as 'Read' using the Thread Tool, any return visit to my home page and back again (as above) repeats the problem.

Does anyone have experience of this and how to overcome it? Is it an IOS7 glitch, or one that MSE might need to address at some stage?

Thanks.

Possibly a Safari thing since the update?

Maybe try Google Chrome browser, or Opera or Firefox, on the Ipad?

    Just an update on this.

Finally Apple has conceded that there is a bug in IOS7 and in the process of developing a fix.
