Christmas Party - Central London

Hi
I've been given the task of organising our work Christmas meal - usually a sit down afternoon meal in a pub/restaurant followed by a few drinks. Since we have to fund it ourselves I'm looking for a good value recommendation in Central London (near Oxford Circus). Food needs to be good but also no more that £20-£23 pp if that exists!!!
Has anyone any recommendations?
