Hi,

I 've just rang match.com to cancel my subscription, one day late. Not only do I not get back the £25 installment I paid yesterday but they made me pay another £55 for the 2 installments to come to cover a 6 month period.
They literally hook you for 6 months and never send a reminder of the upcoming deadline.
These people are thugs, avoid MATCH!

It doesnt matter if its one day or one minute late, you agreed to a date and didn't abide by it. Undoubtably it is part of their business model but almost all subscription based services take exactly the same approach
