Scottish Power - Frustration/rant!

Does anyone have any tips on how I should deal with this situation with Scottish Power?

I've been on the fixed energy deal that expires at the end of this month and, as I can't really find another supplier that can supply me any cheaper, i've been trying to get in touch with them to take out another fixed deal... but they just don't answer the phone! I appreciate that all utility companies will be busy with the announced price hikes but this is ridiculous!

Adding to the frustration they sent me an email to say they are changing my monthly DD and to log into my account to find out more which would be fine but their site is down... and then today i've seen they've deposited £400 into my bank account, credit that I was building up to get us through winter! Argh!

Not sure if I should just vote with my feet seeing as they don't want to listen to me at all!:(

  • I,m similer to you, on online energy 20, that ends this month, I choose to go for npower 2017,

your best option rather than rely on SP website, is to do a couple of comparisons using uswitch or confused etc, to see what the best deal is out there for you. then just decide what the best option for you is. you will abviously pay more than your current deal, that's unavoidable,

    Suppliers can't win, can they?

(Well, other than the shareholders and EOs).

They could if they communicated better. ;)
