There is no legal period for an appeal to be heard, this is unregulated so no law is place. But the BPA in their CoP has a timeframe of 35 days unless the parking company says its going to take longer to deal with it. Basically you will probably hear from their debt collectors next as they will pretend that nothing has been received from youWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

It's not just this company but the whole so called industry! They are all cowboys and scammers, there is not one that acts ethically and can hold their heads held highWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.

Keep your cert of posting in case you need to email the BPA to report them, which you can do. On other threads I have seen APCOA eventually respond up to 3 months later, cancelling sometimes as they can't face POPLA!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hello,
I have the genuine pleasure to inform you that a letter just came from these crooks that they consider the matter closed.
BPA has informed that apcoa should acknowledge incoming appeals within 14 days and send status of investigation 31 days from date of reception of appeal.
Basic reason for cancellation is they were out of the period to contact registered keeper and I guess I have made a real storm in that bucket of !!!! they sit upon in apcoa's office by emailing everyone including the transport MEP in Bruxelles...
Sometimes bloody EU can be useful:rotfl:
I would like to express my gratefulness towards you all whom helped here and a special big hug to Coupon mad!!
I am fully aware that I might be on top of their shitlist and the next owner of my vehicle also even the descendants...
I do :T:T:T:T:T you all for your help!
Now I am on a new crusade with curry's as they sell crap products and won't give my money back but that is an another thread
