We are sale agreed and really need to find something to move to.

We are a family of 4, this particular house is in a really good location

    Sorry but I don't know anything about the area(s?) They all seem quite nice, although the first one didn't seem to have much of a garden. I liked the second one, especially as it seemed to have a nice outlook. You've nothing to lose by offering what you think it's worth. I hope you get the house you want.
