samsung fridge freezer

I have a Samsung American style fridge freezer and the flap on the ice dispenser is stuck open, hence the freezer ices up, anyone out there can help me get access to the flap to free it

quite a tricky job, you have to prize the plastic trim on front facia off,
if your lucky it wont break...

you will then see the workings,

remember power off whilst workikng on appliance:eek:

Sorry to hi-jack your thread but I too have a Samsung side-by-side fridge freezer and the Fridge temp light keeps flashing. Inside the fridge behind the veg drawer there is a lot of ice on the back wall, although it doesn't seem as cold inside the fridge as it used to be. Can you suggest anything?

Sounds like another evaporator cover and thermistor case.
