After the upgrade the machine will be faster than ever before.
Especially as when you reinstall Windows, it will be without all of the added unnecessary programs that the brand names like to install.0 -
for installing the OS without a CD/DVD drive is not that tricky! you just need to the the Installer disk onto a USB stick and it'll install like a CD

If you haven't bought the RAM yet, it's here.
Reinstalling the OS will be no problem at all. We'll talk you through it when the time comes.
