No info yet re Switched via Energy club Npower

Hi
Advice needed please :)
I switched on 2nd October from a standard tariff with Npower to a fixed tariff with the get out clause. I did it via the Energy Club and while it says on the Energy Club 'switch in progress' I have not heard anything from my supplier.

Does it normally take this long to hear anything from the supplier or could it be that as it is the same supplier but a different tariff that it hasn't gone through? Is it worth calling them, will they know about the switch when I have done it via the Energy Club?

Apologies for all the questions but I am worried as I don't want to get caught out with the inflation rates for energy.

Thanks in advance
George :D

Why use the CEC to switch tariffs with the same supplier when all you had to do was ring NPower and it would have been sorted instantly !

I tried a switch to NPower a few months ago via their own website but decided to cancel when I had no contact until 6 weeks after the application.

Their customer service seems at best chaotic and at worst diabolical.

In your case by involving a third party you don't know whether it is NPower or CEC who is at fault but if I had to bet on it I would guess NPower.
