Full of a cold , a sore shoulder and a burnt hand / bottom arm :(

Burnt hand arm yesterday at work got 3 small burns but one blistered and it popped earlier so scabbed over. It went in accident book :)

After x factor going jumping in bath before I go to bed
A friend recommended Burneze to me. It's in a small orange canister, quite expensive but worth every penny, about £6/£7. You can get it from the pharmacy dept. If you spray it onto a burn as soon as it happens it stops the blistering. Wouldn't be without it.
