Sweat onions in butter add pumpkin bits:, chicken stock, seasoning and a glug of sherry. Blitz and eat next day:)

    Seeds and all?

No just use the flesh lawrie, get rid of the seeds and fibrous bits in the middle.

    Honestly it's delicious.

Thats the guts I get rid of. The most of the rest of the pumpkin will be part of the lantern, not enough to make soup.
  • Evening you lovely lot.
    Hope everyone is ok. :)

Its been a fab day here today, I've had a lovely catch up with a friend, a proper lush curry and I've also had a few glasses of pink stuff down my neck :D

So jealous of all the boots pick ups, I've had no dispatch email yet. The suspense is killing me :o:rotfl:

Years ago whilst on holiday I had pumpkin fritters. They were lovely but haven't a clue how they were made.

    Hello Mimi

Did you get crisps this week?

Hi TM. What crisps? Did I miss something? Shoot! I don't get chance to get on here everyday and when I do get on, there are shed loads of pages to read through. Oh don't tell me they went dirt cheap somewhere? Well jel. But well done to everyone that got loads.
