Debenhams have a great offer on at the moment. Spend £50 and get a £10 gift card. Within the beauty department, they are giving a 750 bonus on their beauty club card, so that is effectively £10 and 750 for a £50 transaction. Also, a lot of their beauty stands have a free gift if you buy 2 or more items: Clinique, Lancome, Elemis.
This might be of use to someone if they have started Xmas shopping.0 -

Would be nice wouldn't it but his line keeps shifting. (who am I to talk though because I re-drew mine
:rotfl:)
Unless frequent (being a fine upstanding person) has binned every one of the Mr T PPs he's ever wombled in the past
I'm sure he did because if he used them rather than put them in the bin he'd be decreasing Mr Ts profits and affecting everyone's pension fund .
Like I said I have no idea what has gone on apart from fraud/etc being bandied about.
I will no doubt catch up a bit more in a day or two  forgot how easy it was to lose an hour or more on here without realising
Everyone smile you are a long time dead

When doing the Cat shop today versus Sains, I decided to add in a couple of L*YD GROSSMAN PASTA SAUCES.
They are showing online as £1.98 in A and £1 in S.
BUT...instore the SEL is buy 2 for £3, this is what I paid, this is what shows on my till receipt.
THE GOOD NEWS IS....APG sees them as £1.98 v £1 each, multibuy does not show.....Therefore making each jar approx 50p each (I will let someone else do the exact maths lol).
I bought the tomato & chilli and tomato & wild mushroom flavours 425g jars.
I have not yet tried the other flavours (but will tomorrow!) but it looks like all the ones below should work if they are also in the 2 for £3 deal instore:
Bolognese Sauce
Tomato & Basil
Smoky Bacon
Tomato & Chilli
Puttanesca
Tomato & Roasted Garlic
Tomato & Wild Mushroom
Tomato & Chargrilled Vegetables
Tomato & Green Olive
Tomato & Sweet Red Pepper
Happy glitching peeps x"A smile takes but a moment...

3dogs, you are of course correct, not everyone is "at it".
So if people feel i've "tared them all with the same brush" I apologize.
Frequent, glad your still posting and sticking around.
I think you have made your point.
Regarding your pension, I would be more inclined to vent my anger at Ts. This is a blatant case of a badly thought out business offering. I was a Marketing Director before I had children. If I had messed up the way the marketing and other business resource managers do, time and time again, at Ts, I'd have been out of the door in a second. Unfortunately, as with many large organisations, the senior execs. sit happily in their isolated office, with their large salaries blaming everyone below them.
If Ts would spend a little more on their IT development they should be able to block the use of the first time shopper code. All they have to do is state that it is one code per address and then use the house number and postcode to enforce the limitation.
With regard to people taking the P. I think it is up to the individual as to how far they are prepared to push boundaries. You have warned them, fair enough. The rest is up to them. If they want to take the risk, they will pay the price.
I see plenty of posts and money saving tactics used that I do not partake in e.g. buying things from Sainsbury's just to get a brand match, then taking the item back. This is theft as far as I am concerned, it equates to literally stealing money from the company. Also DTDs, I did two intentional ones before realising that I did not feel right about it. However, if someone else chooses to do it, that is up to them.
I just wanted to add these points to highlight the fact that there are many opinions on this thread. You may not agree with them. That is your prerogative. However, it is just that, your opinion and others have their own.Avatar courtesey of HC :beer:0 -
Is there a glitch on ink in Tesco? Lots of extra cc points or something? Was in local store yesterday (an*ov3r) and customer service were flapping with a massive receipt discussing how he could have amounted 1000's of points and that he had done it in 4 other local stores...... Intrigued!0

I'd like to thank people for the touching pm,s facebook messages and texts.
Some questions have been asked, which i'm happy to answer.
Have you been drinking frequent ? No.
Have you had a breakdown frequent ? No.
Have you been caught out in store ? No.
What I have been doing is research and study.
This flo flo thing really is at the upper end of taking the p1 ss.
Those of you who are doing it, are robbing not only my pension fund, but your own to ( although you may not be aware your fund is invested into this FT100 company).
I'll stop making noise when you stop robbing my fund.
Not to mention fraud, again.
The new user code is for new users, how many times can one person be a new user ?
Read the T&C's of the offer, then tell me it's not fraud.
In the mean time I see flo flo's reaction.
Taking a break is a reaction, just as a fox freezes in the headlights, the criminal reaction to being caught is to run.
Fraud is a criminal offence.
Bit late for that really, given peoples names, ads, bank card numbers, car reg, cctv.
All that for a few joints of lamb or excess shopping ?
This is where greed overtakes sense.
Those of us with a shred of self respect have steered well clear of doing a flo flo.
Savvy shopping is one thing, fraud is another.
Round on me if you want, i'm not going to run away.
What I will do, is stand up for what I think is right, not bow down to those who think doing the wrong thing is ok.
Those who have used company computers, would also bear in mind that the IP ad is easily tracked, i'm sure your employers will be pleased with your efforts.
All that is happening just makes it harder for everyone else.
I'm not sure what the position is with the snakes, at a guess, i'd say the C&C orders are completely trackable, the overlarge apg will flag up.
As the poster who received a banning order from c&c has proven, the supermarkets aren't as stupid as people have them marked down for.
Maybe think about that before shouting from the roof top.
Can you edit or delete a post from a locked thread ? Or is the evidence locked in there ?
For your own research :Obtaining pecuniary advantage by deception.
Have you ever bought something from Sainsbry's , had a brand match, returned the item, keeping the brand match. If so, do you consider that fraud.0 -
