I think its asda's own quality promise. a few months back I took back a bag of salad that was icky and they refunded it then because I didn't want another bag (completely put off salad for a while) I was given the cash again. I didn't realise it was on their meat as well though :T

Hi Doc no not a promo just in the Ts&Cs on the back of the packs of As steaks. I will be buying some and will call the 0800 and will see how it goes but if we all do it to much am sure they will change the wording but atm its 100% money back if not satisfied i read it tonight.

Think its if you are not entirely satisfied with your product, they will give you a full refund. I vaguely remember being in A's customer service and an old man in front of me was taking an empty jar of something back, after he left the woman said he takes something or other back every week saying he wasn't satisfied and as it was A's policy he could have a refund! Think its only their own make stuff though.
