    Debt-free and Proud!
That's nice of them tiger. The one time I complained they just called me and said 'yeah it won't happen again'. Right. I'll bet! Could you send me the number for head office? Just incase I need to use it in future?

    oh my

I have just spent half an hour arguing with T CS in store. I got the £10 meal deal, unfortunately, the cornish mash didnt go through, making it £18.50 (and an £8.50 overcharge). CS wouldn't give me DTD, told me she would give me £8.50 back and as goodwill, charge me the £10 meal deal price  So it went up to her boss. Who said the same, i'd picked up the wrong item, despite there being a big sign/SEL for cornish mash. Off to CS i trot again whilst we wait for the big gun (non food ops manager). Only for me to head back to the aisle for the third time... and the previous manager had removed the SEL.. sneaky peaky!! Anyway, long story not short, they refused to give DTD, saying it wasn't an overcharge. Bunch of crooks. I didn't know whether to laugh, cry or shout at this point. Had run out of time to ring T H/O whilst in there.... so i got a refund and told them to stick it!!

Got back to work, lodged a complaint against all three members and their shi77y store and I now have a £15 GC coming to me. Don't get mad, get even :p Fancy flashmobbing T FB page?:rotfl:

Well done -- but an hour seems rather OTT!!

Still no online APG vouchers for me since my delivery last Monday!!! Getting worried now

I'm waiting for some from Thurs and Fri shops. Does say it can take up to a week, but also getting worried. Yours is over a week so I think you have a reason to ring asda, although if it is glitchy stuff then it is obv going to highlight the glitch. I think maybe the apg staff are diff to cs though and might not be bothered, not sure. My orders were only my 2nd and third ones. The first shops vouchers came in 4 days.
Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

2 x Johnson's Face Care Makeup Be Gone Refreshing Wipe...£6.10£3.50
1 x Simple Kind to Skin Refreshing Facial Wash Gel (15...£1.66£2.00
    1 x Lynx Shower Gel - Excite (250ml)£1.00£1.00
    1 x Lynx Apollo Shower Gel (250ml)£1.67£1.00
    1 x Lynx Shower Gel - Dark Temptation (250ml)£1.67£1.00
Comparison total (compared products only)£12.10 8.50

I've edited above to show how APG interpreted your results just for these items.

That's a cost of £9 in reality but it compared £12.10v£8.50 to give an APG of £4.45 = cost £4.55

Based on your receipt this is how it should have compared

2 x Johnson's Face Care Makeup Be Gone Refreshing Wipe...£4.00£3.50
1 x Simple Kind to Skin Refreshing Facial Wash Gel (15...£2.000£2.00
    1 x Lynx Shower Gel - Excite (250ml)£1.00£1.00
    1 x Lynx Apollo Shower Gel (250ml)£1.00£1.00
    1 x Lynx Shower Gel - Dark Temptation (250ml)£1.00£1.00
    Comparison total (compared products only)£9.008.50

    That's a cost of £9 with an APG of £1.35 = cost £7.65

So you are better off than you should have been if APG worked correctly

I'm glad YOU can see what I thought I was doing cos I surely can't ! I thought the wipes were in a £5 multibuy and the gel was in a £6 multibuy so I was trying to confuse the system. My receipt showed a toiletries 3 for £6 discount. I did confuse it but not quite how I wanted to.

Which items on your receipt have a letter L next to them?

You may yet be onto something here

    I thought that was the glitch on the simple - it's in the 3 4 £6 instore but 3 4 £5 on msm ...
