ill do another cc, and hopefully they got no snakes this time

I tried that within 15 miles and apparently they don't sell it.
Frickers want me to run around for it. Good that local actually sells it though. :D

Wasn't it something along the lines of waiting for 27/28 days from date of receipt then put in for your APG which gives you another 28 days to spend it? I don't know what the risks were though.
But only if the prices/glitches have not changed!

It doesn't make any difference. The price file is locked in at the time the shop is made, not when the APG is entered. I'm also fairly sure the month is from the date of the shop, not the date APG is generated?

......Thick Tom, the magazine is the Asda November issue, and my store had a pull out Anchor Baking Memories recipe book inside with the anchor money off coupons.

Nope definitely Mr A. There is a booklet inside entitled 'Anchor Baking Memories Recipe Book' and the coupons are on the back page. It is a loose booklet though so they could have been liberated separately from the mags I suppose.

odd because i took four mags and the coupons were not in any of them. maybe a worker took them out as i cannot see how a customer could stand at the check-out and take them all out. either that or they were not in the mags to start with.

will try another store and see if they are available there :)

I got two new girls on tills in two diff stores tody. Hd to teach them both how to scan an apg which is over £10. They now are well trained.

First they expect me to shop there and now the barstewards want me to train their staff for free:)

    Hi MrsB

I don't think I am explaining this very well at all. lol

I bought choc's today and have an APG to collect online...if I don't put details into A's and print tonight the possibility is that the choc's glitch may update during the night.

Would that then mean that if I input details in tomorrow I won't be due an apg as it will be too late?

    Hope this I better!!!

    Thanks xx

No. It's at the time of the shop that the price file applies to the APG, regardless of what happens subsequently or when you enter it.

I've had this thought. If an item is not appearing on comparison and is not part of a multibuy so cant be used as a trigger. If it was a very good price it could still be bought in with a glitchy shop without affecting the APG.Correct me if I'm wrong.

Hi again!:):) Caught up with the last 24 hours or so, but can I find where all the posts are that I want to reply to?? Just too little time, work, home then nearly 10pm again.:rotfl:

Sal, you're correct except that you run the risk of the item reappearing on the APG when you enter the receipt and (nearly inevitably) comparing to your competitor at much higher price (except perhaps for comps. vs M:think: where maybe if it wasn't on the APG at the beginning perhaps the manual collection didn't link up to anything and thus it will be N/A vs M??:think: - Don't know though, perhaps that's right, perhaps it's wrong).

If the item doesn't appear, as you want it to, it won't count as one of your 8 items. You could buy v.good priced 'excluded items' though - such as dinnerware, car accessories or home items.

It's the risk of being too late to input the details that's the prob!

I'm sure someone said it was poss to input details without printing(locking the apg in) extending the date when you decide to print

Does everyone input details and print the apg as soon as they do a glitch shop (well,3hrs later) just to be on the safe side?

    thanks
