Hello all. Trying to catch up (again!), glad quite a few people are benefiting from snakes.

There's no 12 pack in Gr4xxs3nd branch and it doesn't show online so no snakes in my house!

I did A v S shop yesterday to get cheap-ish Spitfire instead. Got £8.74 voucher.

Used two E45 moc (thanks OP) - works out 25p for two bottles.
Andrex will have cost me 71p after £1.99 cashback from MSL.

Is the snakes against Sainsbobs, and is it best to buy in 2s or would APG be to high, anyone having trouble with high APGs.

I have a £14.00 one for the SPK, and a bit worried about using it as only had ones under £10.00 before.

    AvW for snakes lager

APG under £15 should not be an issue at all as shouldn't even raise a query - over £15 may do ... but the way I read it, if the system has issued it then it should be allowed to be spent (as it says they may take up to 7 days to issue a £15+ one to check that it is legitimate .. but if it has been issued, it would be fair to assume that they have checked/decided not to?). One snake gives an APG of around £8.01 ish, 2 will give an APG of around £17.30 (fillers dependent).

I usually try to keep APGs below £9.99 as they then scan straight in (amount is included in the bar code) and they just need authorising (above that and the CS has to manually type the value in). Self-scan seems to have a set up that only needs authorizing, in some stores the normal tills need the CS then a supervisor to authorize no matter the value (as I have found even with £5 vouchers ... hence generally just use self-scan to speed up the process :)).

Sorry, but what is a "normal" shop, don't seem to have done anything like a normal shop in a long long time, too much counting and separating, and getting shops down from £31 to under £6 with vouchers :D :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
