Yes, I use shellac (or the salon does where I go). It's normally £20 a pop but my neighbour has the polishes, remover and the uv light thing. Think she paid almost £50 for the uv light so it is a bit pricey.

Someone told me the replacement bulbs cost £80!
I am going to have a look into them. Thanks for that :D

ETA- because my landlord got shafted with previous tenants running up huge utility bills, he had prepayment meters installed. Ovo dont do prepayment meters. Might help anyone else looking

You have the right to ask the utility company to change you to an ordinary meter.
ignore that i just checked and it says i would pay "£44 MORE A YEAR ":eek:

Than your current rate or compared to the hiked up rates? If you haven't fixed, your rate with the current provider could increase by a lot this year and £44 increase may be the cheapest you can find.

Some people will struggle to spend £40 two weeks in a row.

Last week I emailed Philip Clarke regarding Clubcard Vouchers after getting nowhere with ringing CS.
    Reply, just now

    Thank you for your email.

I am sorry that a recent change to our internal systems has had an effect on the usability of your Clubcard vouchers. I can appreciate that this is disappointing as you are no longer able to redeem the vouchers you have.

Although a loophole in the system has allowed some vouchers to be used after their expiry date, this should not have happened and as a result of the recent changes, this loophole was closed.

I can appreciate your views in regards to customers not being advised of the changes, however it was not a customer facing change so this was not felt a requirement. The expiry date of our Clubcard Vouchers is printed on them and it has never been advertised to customers that these vouchers might work after this date, it is by chance that this loophole was found. Having said that, I can understand that it is disappointing to miss out on the use of these vouchers, especially at this time of year.

I can fully appreciate that as far as you knew, the vouchers you have would be accepted, so as a gesture on this occasion, I have sent you a Tesco Moneycard for the value of £60.00, this also covers the Clubcard Boost amount you would have received. This will arrive with you early next week. Please in future, ensure that any vouchers are used in time for the expiry date as we will be unable to honour them.

I am sorry that this matter has upset you and hope that I have been able to explain the situation and resolve it to your satisfaction.

    Kind regards

I know but I dont think my landlord would allow it on the basis of him being shafted before

    I'll have to ask him

    I like this cc

So this confirms that despite any subs, the APG will still show the original order? In which case, may as well keep the subbed beer (assuming premium lager)?

    Many thanks

Is the snakes against Sainsbobs, and is it best to buy in 2s or would APG be to high, anyone having trouble with high APGs.

I have a £14.00 one for the SPK, and a bit worried about using it as only had ones under £10.00 before.

I used a 19.xx and a 20.xx ones on Saturday, from last weeks choccy n razor shop. Was !!!!ping myself about using them. I found a nice SA I'd been to beforr and took them both no questions asked. Phewww

3v online visa (if you can find instore), then use that to pay for Click&Collect orders?

Does anyone know whether if your card does not have the exact amount of the order/more than required, does it then prompt you for another payment method to pay the balance or does it reject the whole payment and require one payment method for the complete balance?

    Many thanks
