  • Haven't read back yet, but just noticed on 10 ways free bottle of coke zero 500ml.

    https://www.freecokezero.co.uk/

    Apologies if already posted.
  • Mum had language students for 10 years (which paid off mortgage) most were lovely and they have visited round the world but a few have been problems.
She had one placed with her from Brazil who was only 15 and decided a few hours after arriving she wanted to travel to cousin other side of country.
Luckily she also had a long term spanish student staying who managed to persuade her to wait until morning when they could get school involved.
Schools fault as should not have put a minor in when mum said no minors.

Had japanese student turn up in january with only flip flops:rotfl:
And an arab who was bought up to do nothing and leave it all to women. Neadless to say he learnt to load dishwasher and change a bed.
Had lovely russian lady and her daughter. Husband was a banker so wife needed to speak english for entertaining. On the daughters birthday they all went to macdonalds and she had chocolate cake. As this was back in early 90's macdonalds was a big treat for the young girl and mum remembers the mother buying a microwave to take home.
Overall they enjoyed it but mum was happy to stop when the time came.
Stepfather did it as sort of job when retired from police and they had 3 or 4 at a time. This was back before internet was widely available in homes.

Sure you will sort the young ladies in question out Mrs Stinkface but not an easy thing to have strangers in your house when little man needs his sleep.

    V x

Hi V, trust me when I say they will be sorted out. I dont take to kindly to someone taking my hospitality and throwing it back in my face.
I think in general it's actually a great way to earn extra cash but its hard giving up your privacy. When your lucky enough to have someone lovely staying then it defo makes the job easier. I had a really lovely Colombian girl staying with me for 9 months until recently. We both cried when she left. :o
I do have a few horror stories though
You've inspired me. Going to make some croissant dough and Danish pastry dough now :D

Piccy's please :) I really want some cake but I don't know if I can be bummed to make it now lol

Level 147 on FB is a doddle. Level 147 on a phone is a nightmare.

I am now on Level 218 thanks mainly to the lovely duo of TWEETS and POPPY. Thanks my little cherubs for your endless supply of lives. :D

Some of my FB "friends" off of here ONLY ask for lives and never give any! Obviously they don't have god/goddess like powers to give live (like you/Poppy/I), but one does not bother with them anymore. LOL.
  • Those really look good Stinky :D

I seem to be waiting for you on 410 at the moment :rotfl::rotfl:

I'm slowly catching you up, I'm on 382. I can't believe how long it took me to finish 377 :o
