    Good morning everyone.

Shingles is Not Contagious, you can only get it from Chickenpox Virus which remains dormant in your body and surfaces if run down, resistance is low, etc.
You can catch Chicken Pox, but not Shingles.
Other people CAN catch Chicken Pox from the fluid from the blisters. That's why Flo should get herself to docs ASAP & NOT go to school as she could start all the kids off with chickenpox. It's really hard not to scratch so she will probably spread it inadvertently over the whole school

IF you go to docs early enough then there is a treatment that works well IF you get there within 72hrs. If you don't get there quickly it can go on for weeks/months and when you have the blisters you can start chickenpox in someone else.

I'm pretty sure Flo shouldn't go to school again until she's blister free. I know when I had it badly & missed the 72hr deadline I was told I was infectious and not to go anywhere near people who hadn't had chickenpox. Horribly painful it can be for months too - well after blisters have gone.

I think she meant you could give chicken pox to others from shingles.
    FACT: Shingles is caused
    by the reactivation of the
    chickenpox virus within
    your body so you cannot
    catch shingles from
    anyone else, however,
    chickenpox can be caught
    from shingles if you have
    not had chickenpox
    before.

This is exactly what I meant by it, especially with FloFlo working in a school, I was just trying to be helpful in what I was told when I had it, especially if FloFlo has parents evening coming up, she doesn't want to pass it on to someone that may be pregnant and it cause problems.

    If yu t 2 Lilly's both with green/blue ribbon and 1 of deans / dark Lily's
You would have got £6.00 back plus the 80p for your chips + 10% just so you know for next time.

My first APG shop was a disaster so well done xx :T

Yes, we were so pleased to spot the Lilly's and the Deans and originally had two green/blue ribbon, but then OH said look there's a different Lilly's so we got one of each. Lesson learned! They may look the same, but the barcodes tell a different story to the APG gods! The chips we actually needed and thought they were expensive at sada so that's why we got them.

But we are really pleased we tried it because we will know what to do from now on!

Ok peeps can we help share this and ask those who want to to sign) and if there is a certain amount (think its over 70,000 or something like it) then they have to discuss it in parliament. :) So get sharing folks! Reduce travel taxes during school holidays - seems a good idea as there is no other alternative to travel now ...
