Worth paying for bailiffs?

    The judgment is for £970. I don't know the defendants home address - there are a few people in his town with the same initials and surname - but if I got the high court bailiffs involved, would they find his address and be able to go there?? That's really what I need to know.

    Googling any bit of info you have including telephone numbers, emails, etc may often bring a result.

    then apply to the Court to get the judgement transferred. HCEO are a heck of a lot more resourceful than County Court bailiffs. They have to earn their fee so are much more incentivised to recover.
