I have been mulling over the conversation I had the other day with the Consumer Advice people... My options (if I choose to pursue further) are pretty much limited to the small claims court.
Who would I pursue - the limited company behind the business seller on ebay, or the directors of the company? If I pursued the company & win, but then they go out of business I’ll get nothing and will have wasted time, energy & money.
I have just checked the company out on companies house (free info, nothing else) - they have been going a fair amount of time, and I saw this:
Mortgage: Number of charges: 3 ( 1 outstanding / 2 satisfied / 0 part satisfied )
Does this just mean they have a mortgage on the business premises, or is it some sort of charge / CCJ etc?0
