I cancelled my contract and got a final bill, the bill amounted to £16.27 and would be collected on or around 5th October.
My usual bill is £17.30, this was collected on 3rd October.
Waited patiently for collection via direct debit but no joy (I wanted to cancel the direct debit). So I phoned the 0843 number to speak to three customer service, it turns out that I was in credit for £1.03 it took them 20 minutes to service this call and it has cost me £1.40 to get the refund of £1.03.
