I received a full refund from cravingfashion.com today probably as a result of my claim with PayPal.

My advice to anyone else shopping online:

1. Never use PayPal outside of eBay - there is little or no protection.
2. Always search Google for information about website addresses before you buy.
3. Make sure the website provides an address and landline contact phone number.
