Hi I wonder if anybody can help me please. A friend of mine has ordered some items of clothing from a company called badmanclothing.com, she received a leaflet through the post for them, the ammount ordered was for £60 and the money has been taken from her bank but she has received no products. She has just spoken to her bank and they say there is nothing that they can do, where does she go from here and what are her rights???
Any help would be appreciated.

She has tried contacting them by email but they aren't replying, the address you have given above is a golf course.

Oh sorry it is next to a golf course so I have just been informed, a friend google the address

You need to wait and See if any other MSE's know the address and see what they say about it

looks like a bit of a clampit business to me!

not registered as a company, fake security images on the site are dodgy as fxxx!

sounds like the customer service is non existant too!
