Hello,
Our property is now advertised on housenetwork and rightmove. I don't know if this is against protocol, but we'd welcome any feedback about the pictures or any comments that might help us get some viewings and interest.

It's really difficult to give constructive feedback if you don't know the area and therefore whether the house is reasonable value, so I will restrict my comments to what I see.
The picture of the outside is fine and the picture of the garden is great. The rest are fine but there are 2 pictures I don't like. Firstly with the office photo, the room looks incredibly narrow, not sure I would have included that one. The master bedroom looks good size wise but the decor seems middle aged. I am guessing that the market is younger than that and I would have been tempted to make it look more contemporary, even if it meant spending a few quid.
Other than that looks fine, good luck

I agree with the photo of the sun room. It is incredibly narrow so not sure I would have included that. The rest is great, the garden looks lovely too. Good luck in selling.0

Looks great, I do however agree with the previous posters, the sun room/office looks narrow almost to unusability. If it were me I would buy one of those glass topped narrow breakfast tables with two chairs and replace the desk.
Give it the ambience os a true summer sun room and tell everyone its lovely for breakfast on summer days etc etc.
The rest of the place looks good. (maybe just being really picky I wouldn't have had the bin and kiddy step stool in the bathroom picture, and perhaps had the picture taken at a slightly lower level to give less of a feeling of looking downwards)
The nice thing is the EA has put in the floorplans which I think is such a good selling point in these cases.0 -
Generally it's a very nice house. You must be sad to be leaVING!
I agree, the office does look a bit squished, and I'd cut it.
It'll appeal to family buyers, but not id-less, due to very kid-friendly decor. Is it in a families-only kind of area? If not - magnolia walls, muted curtains and bedding instead of princess-pink. Take kiddy step out of bathroom, and if kitchen floor is ok, lift that rug in front of the sink which says 'we're messy washers up!'Debt free 4th April 2007.
New house. Bigger mortgage. MFWB after I have my buffer cash in place.0 -
Just took a look at both sites and what a huge flat!! Amazing what is in there and outside tool. The Housenetwork site does not have the photos that people mention above, but the Rightmove does and I agree with the above comments and Housenetwork is now showing the best pics. I hope you get lots of interest.0
