Prize draw winners will be selected randomly within 7days from all valid entries under independent supervision and will be notified within 5 working days via the email address used to submit the online entry. In the event that the Promoter is unable to contact a winner or does not receive address details within 14 days of the prize draw, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw their prize entitlement and offer it to an alternative winner selected from all remaining valid entries.
The results of the draw are final and no correspondence will be entered into, except with the winners.
The Promoter cannot be held responsible for the failure of Asda or any other third party to fulfil its obligations in connection with this promotion, although the Promoter will endeavour to minimise the effect of such failure on the entrants.
Winners will receive their gift card within 28 days of providing their address details. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any gift card, which is not received by a winner due to incorrect or incomplete address details being provided. Any prize returned to sender or undelivered due to inaccurate details being provided will be considered unwanted and that prize winner's entitlement will be forfeited.
Each gift card prize is as stated and no cash alternative is available. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter, the prize will only be awarded directly to the entrant responsible for the email address used for a winning online entry. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to award alternative prizes of equal or greater value, should the Asda gift cards become unavailable for any reason.
Personal details registered by entrants when participating in the promotion will be used for administration of the prize draw only and will not be retained once the promotion has ended and prizes awarded.
Proof of submitting an entry is not proof of receipt of any entry by the Promoter. The Promoter is not responsible for any entries which are delayed or fail to be registered for any technical or other reason whatsoever. Postal entries will be rejected.
