Is there anyone who has had success claiming PPI from Egg card, I am unable to access any information on my Egg account which I know I paid PPI?

YES! I got 600 quid back when the credit card only ever had a limit of £500...!
I was a student at the time I took the card out, so PPI was useless to me (also, was default tick-box when I applied online). I was unknowingly paying it until I got a statement from Barclaycard last year (who have taken over from Egg) with a 'payment' on the card which I hadn't used for 10 years. Turns out this was PPI.
I had locked myself out of the Egg online banking years before, couldn't remember my security etc so Egg wouldn't even let me pay the card off! I should have chased it up and sent off a copy of my passport etc, but I just buried my head in the sand and carried on paying the minimum payment for 10 years.... *face palm*
Gave it a shot and Barclaycard didn't hesitate - straight forward 'sorry about that, here's a cheque' letter
